Managing My Life Support Services

One-On-One Coaching

You may be interested in receiving one-on-one coaching support while completing one of the Managing My Life programs.

Our One-On-One Coaching programs consist generally of 4 to 12 sessions of up to 45 minutes each. Typically the sessions are structured as follows:

First Session:

We discuss your current situation and why you decided to complete that particular Managing My Life program. We also review a specific section of the program that you need to complete for the next coaching meeting as well as any additional assignment that you need to complete.

In Between Sessions:

We go over the section you have completed and discuss some of the issues that have come up as a result of completing that section. We discuss the key ideas and concepts from within that section of the program that you have decided to integrate in your life. We also review the next section of the program and discuss any other assignment that you need to complete.

Last Session:

We go over the section you have completed and discuss the key ideas and concepts from within the program that you have begun to integrate or plan to integrate in your life. We also review the plan of action that you have prepared to ensure that you will be following through on your new goals.

Professional Fees - All in US Dollars.

The professional fees for one-on-one coaching DOES NOT INCLUDE a copy of the Managing My Life program that you will be completing. This copy must be purchased separately.

Webcast Sessions and Teleclasses

Webcast sessions and teleclasses are currently only offered to organizations for in-house teams or groups of employees. The minimum number is 6 for a Webcast or Teleclass program. The maximum number of participants is 20.

Most of the Managing My Life programs are offered with 4 ONE-HOUR sessions. Each participant will be completing different sections of the Managing My Life program which is covered, in between sessions.

Each participant is also required to purchase a copy of the Managing My Life program to be completed.

MML: Direct Approach to Employment is offered with 6 one-hour group sessions + 2 hours of additional one-on-one coaching. Each participant is also required to purchase a copy of Managing My Life: Direct Approach to Employment.

About the Coaches

Coaches includes the authors of the Managing My Life programs as well as Certified Coaches from the International Coach Federation who are familiar with specific Managing My Life programs they have been using in their practice.
