REGNOW Is Our Partner for Our Affiliate Relationship With You

Objective of This Document

The objective of this document is:

1) Explain the reasons why we have selected REGNOW as partner for the Affiliate relationship with you.

2) To inform you about the benefits of creating an Affiliate Relationship.

3) To explain the steps you need to take to sign up for the REGNOW Affiliate Relationship so that you can distribute Managing My Life programs.

4) To provide you with the procedure you need to follow in order to apply for approval to specifically distribute the Managing My Life programs.

5) To provide you with the process you need to follow when creating links about Managing My Life on your website.

1) Why Regnow

Regnow provides us with the following benefits:

a) Encryption within our e-Courses which gives us all excellent protection from piracy. Managing My Life
e-Courses when purchased can now only be viewed in their entirety on the computer where they were downloaded. When e-mailed to others, or when copied on CD, the person who receives an illegal copy, will be able to preview the few pages we have allowed, before a Purchase page prompt appears requiring the person to purchase the e-Course if they want to view it in its entirety.

b) Online shopping for clients with immediate downloading of the various Managing My Life offerings.

c) Tracking of affiliate sales and handling all the payments.

2) What You Receive as an Affiliate

30% commission on all the sales of Managing My Life e-Courses and Deep Relaxation Exercises CDs and professional services such as e-Course development, CE Credit service, etc. resulting from your website + 100% of any professional fees you generate as a result of providing professional services around one or more of the programs, if you decide to offer such services.

Affiliates who generate more than $6,000 a year in revenue from their website from the sale of Managing my Life e-Courses (individual licenses and blitzes) will receive a 20% commission bonus directly from Managing My Life Publishing and Training Inc. on the amount they generated over $6,000. Any other sources of revenue other than e-Courses will not be included for the purpose of calculating this bonus.

For example if sales revenues of e-Courses are $12,000, then the bonus would be ($12,000 - $6,000) X 20% = $1,200. The total commission would be 30% on the $12,000 which you will receive through REGNOW - $3,600 + the bonus of $1,200 for a total of $4,800 in commission.

Affiliates who generate more than $15,000 a year in revenue from their website from the sale of Managing my Life e-Courses (individual licenses and blitzes) will receive a second 10% bonus directly from Managing My Life Publishing and Training Inc. on the amount of sales they generated over $15,000. Any other sources of revenue other than e-Courses will not be included for the purpose of calculating this bonus.

For example if sales revenues of e-Courses were $25,000, then the 2nd bonus would be ($25,000 - $15,000) X 10% = $1,000. The first bonus is ($25,000 - $6,000) x 20% =$3,800 and the regular commission of 30% on the $25,000 which you will receive through REGNOW is $7,500. Your total commission is $7,500 + $1,000 + $3,800 for a total of $12,300.

3) Becoming a Regnow Affiliate

It's very simple. After you go to: http://www.regnow.com, you follow the procedure on the website to sign-up as an Affiliate.

Click here to download the Standard Regnow Agreement.

4) Applying to Distribute Managing My Life programs

This step is also very simple.

Once you have received your password, as a REGNOW Affiliate, log in, and then on the main page, in the Product Search box, type Managing My Life and then click Search.

This will lead you to a list of the Managing My Life programs which are available. Click VIEW which you will find on the left side of the screen of any of the Managing My Life programs and then you reach a window called Relationship Detail. To apply to distribute the Managing My Life programs, you just have to click Join Now!

This will prompt an automatic E-Mail to alert us that you have applied. We will then review your website and will confirm your approval usually within 48 hours.

5) Creating The Links From Your Website

A) The simplest way: Direct Link to the Managing My Life Website

This approach is the simplest if you are simply seeking passive income with the Managing My Life programs.

This method refers the client directly to the Managing My Life's homepage. By having your client click a link on your website first, REGNOW records the visit along with your affiliate id, and then transparently send the client to Managing My Life's homepage.

By recording the information of the customer when they visit, REGNOW is able to give you credit for the order even if the customer orders the product months later from another website (when that site is using RegNow).

Procedure:

You can create your own Managing My Life name link at a noticeable location on your site, or instead of having a name link, you can use, one of the Managing My Life images or banners posted in English and in French at the address on the next page.

That link would then lead visitors DIRECTLY TO THE MANAGING MY LIFE WEBSITE by using the specific link that is provided to you by REGNOW.

You must log in to your Affiliate account, and go to the REGNOW's Relationship Detail Page which is related to Managing My Life programs. Once you are there, select Sales Link and copy the link address which you will find at the end of the page after the section entitled: Link to the Vendor's Homepage.

B) The Managing Change With Enthusiasm
Gift Option

We can include your Affiliate codes within a copy of Managing Change With Enthusiasm and Self-Confidence which you can then gift to clients. This is a very nice way to develop relationships with clients and prospects while generating revenue from future sales that are tracked from those links. C) The tailored method - Your Clients purchase The Managing My Life offerings of your choice directly on your website.

This approach is best if you are seeking passive income but are also planning to offer professional services with one or more of the Managing My Life programs. These professional services include one-on-one coaching, teleclasses, and webinars to individual clients or organization clients. You can also provide lunch and learn sessions to organization clients as well as a variety of services when they licence 4 or 6 week Blitzes.

This second method can also be useful if you want to promote specific Managing My Life programs and offerings, and NOT THE ENTIRE list of Managing My Life offerings.

DNL READER PAGE

The next page you need to create must first include information for downloading DNL Reader. For this purpose please follow the example you will find on the following pages of the Managing My Life website. This is very important. The last thing we all want is clients purchasing and downloading Managing My Life programs and then complaining that they were not able to view them because they had problems downloading and installing the DNL Reader. The instructions we provide are clear and concise and will solve the problem once and for all. Please use the following example when setting up the next page.

ADDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE FREE TRIAL VERSIONS PAGE

For each of the programs listed, you MAY ELECT to also create a window with some general information about that program and the services that you offer with the program. The information you need for each program is found either on our website at http://www.managingmylife.net or at REGNOW's Relationship Detail window for Managing My Life. Once you are the Regnow's Relationship Page for Managing My Life, click on each of the products listed, then click again to the link entitled Details. There you will find the information you need to describe each program.

Finally, you will need to need to post the DISCOUNT COUPON CODES that give your clients a 20% discount (which we are currently offering on our website), if you have decided to also offer them the discount, near each product, so that your clients use it when they finally make the purchase. Finding the addresses for the FREE TRIAL VERSIONS LINKS

You must log in to your Affiliate account, and go to the REGNOW's Relationship Detail Page which is related to Managing My Life programs. Once you are there, select Sales Link where you will find links for each of the TRIAL VERSIONS of the various Managing My Life offerings. These are the Trial Links (listed in GREEN).

What Are Trial Versions?

Trial Versions allow customers to preview a number pages before before being prompted to the PURCHASE PAGE. After they make their purchase, the entire document becomes unlocked for viewing only on the computer where it was downloaded.

When customers download trial versions of the offerings and they subsequently make a purchase, the customer sale is recorded as one of your sales , whether you host the trial downloaded version (on your server) or have it hosted by RegNow.

To host the download yourself, download the file using the URL address provided by REGNOW. Doing so will automatically insert your affiliate ID. Then upload the file on your server.

To have Regnow server host the downloads, simply paste the Trial download links provided to you by REGNOW onto your site for each offering, and your affiliate ID will be dynamically inserted as the download takes place.

PLEASE ONLY POST THE TRIAL VERSION LINKS (NOT THE DIRECT PURCHASE LINKS) ON YOUR WEBSITE. ONLY POSTING THE TRIAL VERSION LINKS, IS AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE THAT CLIENTS HAVE DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED THE DNL READER BEFORE MAKING THEIR PURCHASE (SINCE THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE TRIAL VERSION WITHOUT THE DNL READER).
