1. Better appreciate how individuals with positive attitudes manage change more effectively.

Sharpen your understanding of your own attitude and value system.

Further improve the quality of your life by using techniques which will help you maintain a

more positive attitude.
4.

Identify techniques that will help you remain calm even when facing unwanted change.

Module Four: Managing Change Through Goal-Setting and Taking Action will lead users to:

Realize the benefits of having goals and objectives and an action plan for managing change and your life.

2.

Become exposed to several goal-setting techniques which can be used to help you adjust to and

manage change more effectively.

3. Learn how to turn goals and objectives into action plans.
